The cant'auch is run by a cooperative society offering occupational rehabilitation. Its socio-cultural project contributes to making the CIRC even more alive and open.

The restaurant staff welcomes you in an original space with remarkable architecture, every lunchtime and every evening when a show is on.

The chef and his team concoct a full-bodied tasty cuisine elaborated with fresh and seasonal products.

Artists in residence at the CIRC take their meals at the cant'auch, which also gives the audience the opportunity to chat and meet with them.

The cant’auch also offers a range of tailored services for your events: seminars, cocktail receptions, catering, etc. in addition to spaces for hire at the CIRC.

The staff

A team of four permanent employees: Sophie, manager - Jérôme, chef - Rui, maître d’hôtel and a professional rehabilitation officer.
Five other people work in the kitchen or the dining room. They benefit from a subsidised contract or a two-year occupational rehabilitation programme.
